Krishna Talkies

Krishna Talkies is an interesting suspense thriller with an ample dose of horror. Director Vijay Anand, who has also written the story, screenplay, dialogues and lyrics, delivers an intriguing film. The story that begins at a slow pace brilliantly sets up the mood for horror while making us think along with the investigator onscreen. While the film is not without its flaws, the protagonist, played by Ajay Rao, makes this plot consistently interesting. He takes us through some case studies and the climax with supernatural elements feels believable because of this. Though the investigation is not deeply explored, the way it is conveyed visually keeps us on the edge of the seat, curious to know the lead's next move.
