Set against the gritty backdrop of 1967, following the end of British rule in India, a ruthless territorial war erupts over the world's most profitable opium trade in the Golden Triangle. A fierce power struggle ensues between the Afghan Trading Company and the rival Golden Trading Company. In the midst of this dark and dangerous empire, Luger, a deadly assassin, clashes with Raghuveer Rathod, the formidable Chief of India's Narcotics Bureau, resulting in a violent battle for dominance.
