Jaya Malini, a famous actress from Bangalore, one day her 9 year old daughter is raped and murdered. The blame is put on an ex-income tax officer. When the officer is caught by the police, he declares himself as Radhe Maa to escape from the police. When Jaya comes to know about this, she takes her out of the police station and keeps her in a closed factory and then tortures her and takes revenge for her daughter.
