It's A Medical Miracle

‘It’s A Medical Miracle’ turns its fascinating premise into an engaging theatrical experience, powered by its unusual concept, strong performances from Sangeeth Prathap and Sharafudheen, effective sound design, impactful background score and polished visuals.

The challenge is whether the screenplay manages to balance the comedy, emotional elements and revenge-driven thriller without making the central mystery predictable.

Director Shyamin Gireesh maintains a smooth flow despite minor flaws, but the screenplay unfortunately loses its tightness far too early. It is an especially frustrating miss on the comedy front. A premise built around a guy trapped by unwanted super-hearing begs for clever, chaotic humour, but the script completely fails to capitalise on it. While there are a few adorable, light-hearted exchanges scattered throughout, the film fails to land a single genuinely hilarious moment. Similarly, the thriller plot lacks depth, functioning like flimsy duct tape hastily holding the narrative together.
